SAP America and RTS Consulting ink co-innovation agreement to develop "Energy Management" best practices solution on SAP MII

Under this agreement, the firms will be able to uniquely enhance and offer capabilities based on the RTS Energy Management Information System solution (EMIS), which is built entirely on the SAP® Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) application.

The RTS EMIS offering enables companies and institutions to proactively manage energy usage, in essence, as a raw material and thus significantly reduce their energy use, intensity and cost. This will provide customers with the benefits of lower manufacturing costs combined with tangible sustainability initiatives, while providing the platform for meeting future industry initiatives and standards such as ISO 50001, “Save Energy Now” and “Superior Energy Performance.”
